What is a better way to learn about the senses than to use the senses to learn? As the saying goes, “The proof of the pudding is in the eating”… So, we engaged our tongues in tasting a variety of items, ranging in flavors. The faces in the pictures speak for themselves! While blindfolded, we made our attempts at recognizing an assortment of aromas, guessed our way with feeling multiple textures, and listened intently to a selection of sounds. Lastly, we studied how Maharaja Ambarisa used all his senses in the service of the Lord, as sung in the “Little Vaisnava Songs”, for that is our process and method for purification!
